I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We need an average of 24-48 hours to process your order and transport it to our carrier's sorting facility. Once your order has been processed by our shipping department, we can no longer make any changes (not even to the address).
We only deliver to the address you provided at checkout. If you have any questions, please send us an email.

I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it? What if there's a problem?

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee only if you receive the product defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return the product to us and receive a full refund. You must return the product at your own expense. Once we receive the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include all names and order numbers on returned packages. Please note that we have a processing time of 3-4 business days for returns, and we will refund your purchase price after processing the return.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order without incurring any costs! If the order is already on its way, this is no longer possible.

I entered a wrong address, what should I do now?

If you have entered an incorrect address, please wait for the order confirmation email. Once you have verified that the address provided is incorrect, please notify us via email. If the address provided is incorrect, we can change it within 24 hours. After 24 hours, no refund will be issued.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery by freight forwarding takes approximately 2-3 business days within Germany; for neighboring countries, shipping may be delayed by a few days.
